1. Who may apply

You may voluntarily request access to the iOS or Android beta if you are at least 18 and your App Store or Google Play account country is listed in the form. You declare that country yourself; we cannot read it from your store account.

Applying and confirming your email do not guarantee an invitation, installation or an available build. The form does not create a game account.

2. Data, purposes and legal bases

We ask for your email, platform, declared store country and confirmation that you are 18 or older, and we note the language of the page you apply from; emails are sent in Italian or English. We store an encrypted email, a protected email digest to prevent duplicates, platform, language, accepted notice and terms versions, dates and application status. We do not store the declared country or your date of birth.

We use these data to receive your request, confirm control of your mailbox, select and invite testers, manage withdrawal and revocation, and answer requests. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Turnstile and origin, IP and email limits protect the form from abuse. A minimal admin audit records actions for security and accountability. The legal basis for these safeguards is legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). There is no marketing subscription or new analytics SDK in the game for this programme.

3. Recipients and transfers

The website uses Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions and Cloudflare Email Sending delivers operational verification and withdrawal messages and, if you are selected for Android, the Play closed-test opt-in link. Hetzner hosts the server and database in Germany. If we select your application, we send your email to Apple for TestFlight or Google for access to the Play closed test. For the Play closed test we also add it to the licence-testing list of the Play Console, so that purchases in the test are test purchases and are not charged; we remove it from that list when your access ends.

If the Play tester list is managed manually, the controller may temporarily view your address to add or remove it from the closed-test list. After checking your membership, the controller may send the opt-in link separately through Cloudflare Email Sending. Being added to the list does not itself opt you in or install the app.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own notices and applicable safeguards. Contact [email protected] for details about transfer mechanisms. The admin audit records the operator, action and an identifier, not the clear-text email.

4. Retention

A verification or withdrawal link expires after 24 hours and can be used once. An unverified application is deleted at the next daily cleanup after 14 days. Normally, an active application is deleted at the next daily cleanup after 180 days from the request plus a 90-day grace period, and a withdrawn application after 30 days from withdrawal. At the end of the 180-day programme we queue removal of store access for invited testers. If that removal is not yet confirmed, we keep the encrypted contact and related store-action records only as needed to complete and verify it; this may extend beyond the ordinary deletion period and 400 days for store actions. Once removal is confirmed, we delete the application and related store actions at the next daily cleanup after the ordinary period. The admin audit is deleted at the next daily cleanup after 400 days.

Local PostgreSQL dumps on the VPS are kept for 14 days, and Hetzner Backups keeps up to seven daily server copies. We are adding an encrypted copy of the dumps with Cloudflare R2, stored in the European Union, which will follow the same 14 days. A deletion from the live database may remain in a backup until it expires, unless another obligation applies. Cloudflare may retain email delivery metadata for up to 31 days; Apple and Google apply their own retention rules.

5. Withdrawal and your rights

You can request withdrawal using the same email in the form and receive a one-time link. If store access was already granted, we will also start removing it from the beta group or track. We cannot erase all data held by Apple or Google on your behalf. Withdrawal is not immediate erasure.

For access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, write to [email protected]. We will verify your request proportionately. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where the law provides for it.

La candidatura e la verifica dell’email non garantiscono un invito, l’installazione o una build disponibile. Il modulo non crea un account di gioco.

2. Dati, finalità e basi giuridiche

Chiediamo email, piattaforma, Paese dello store dichiarato e conferma di avere almeno 18 anni, e annotiamo la lingua della pagina da cui ti candidi; le email arrivano in italiano o in inglese. Conserviamo email cifrata, impronta protetta dell’email per evitare duplicati, piattaforma, lingua, versioni dell’informativa e delle condizioni accettate, date e stato della candidatura. Non conserviamo il Paese dichiarato né la data di nascita.

Usiamo questi dati per ricevere la richiesta, confermare il controllo della casella, scegliere e invitare i tester, gestire ritiro e revoca e rispondere alle richieste. La base giuridica è l’adozione di misure precontrattuali richieste dall’interessato (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR).

Turnstile e limiti per origine, IP ed email proteggono il modulo dagli abusi. Un audit amministrativo minimo registra le azioni per sicurezza e tracciabilità. La base giuridica per queste misure è l’interesse legittimo (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR). Nessuna iscrizione marketing né nuovo SDK analytics nel gioco per questo programma.

3. Destinatari e trasferimenti

Il sito usa Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile verifica le richieste e Cloudflare Email Sending invia le email operative di conferma, ritiro e, se selezionato per Android, il link di adesione al test chiuso su Play. Hetzner ospita server e database in Germania. Se selezioniamo la candidatura, trasmettiamo l’email ad Apple per TestFlight o a Google per il test chiuso su Play. Per il test chiuso su Play la aggiungiamo anche alla lista dei tester di licenza della Play Console, così gli acquisti nel test sono acquisti di prova senza addebito; la togliamo da quella lista quando l’accesso termina.

Se la lista tester Play viene gestita manualmente, il titolare può vedere temporaneamente l’indirizzo per aggiungerlo o rimuoverlo dalla lista del test chiuso. Dopo aver verificato l’iscrizione, può inviarti separatamente il link tramite Cloudflare Email Sending. L’aggiunta alla lista non comporta da sola l’adesione al test o l’installazione.

Questi fornitori possono trattare dati anche fuori dallo Spazio Economico Europeo secondo le proprie informative e le garanzie applicabili. Scrivi a [email protected] per dettagli sui meccanismi di trasferimento. L’audit della console registra operatore, azione e identificatore, non l’email in chiaro.

4. Durata

Un link di verifica o ritiro scade dopo 24 ore ed è monouso. Una candidatura non verificata viene eliminata al primo ciclo giornaliero di pulizia dopo 14 giorni. Di norma, una candidatura attiva viene eliminata al primo ciclo giornaliero dopo 180 giorni dalla richiesta più 90 giorni di tolleranza, e una candidatura ritirata dopo 30 giorni dal ritiro. Al termine dei 180 giorni di programma pianifichiamo la rimozione dell’accesso store per i tester invitati. Se la rimozione non è ancora confermata, conserviamo l’email cifrata e le relative azioni store solo per il tempo necessario a completarla e verificarla: questo può superare il periodo ordinario di cancellazione e i 400 giorni previsti per le azioni store. Dopo la conferma, cancelliamo candidatura e azioni col primo ciclo giornaliero di pulizia successivo alla scadenza ordinaria. L’audit amministrativo viene cancellato al primo ciclo giornaliero dopo 400 giorni.

I dump PostgreSQL locali sulla VPS sono conservati per 14 giorni e Hetzner Backups mantiene fino a sette copie giornaliere del server. Stiamo aggiungendo una copia cifrata dei dump presso Cloudflare R2, nell’Unione europea, che seguirà gli stessi 14 giorni. Una cancellazione dal database attivo può restare in un backup fino alla sua scadenza, salvo obblighi diversi. Cloudflare può conservare metadati di consegna delle email fino a 31 giorni; Apple e Google applicano le proprie durate.

5. Ritiro e diritti

Puoi chiedere il ritiro con la stessa email nel modulo e ricevere un link monouso. Se l’accesso store era già stato accordato, avvieremo anche la rimozione dal gruppo o canale beta. Non possiamo eliminare per tuo conto tutti i dati eventualmente conservati da Apple o Google. Il ritiro non equivale alla cancellazione immediata.

Per accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità od opposizione scrivi a [email protected]. Verificheremo la richiesta in modo proporzionato. Puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Puoi opporti ai trattamenti basati sull’interesse legittimo nei casi previsti dalla legge.
