HOW FROSTSTEAD BEGAN

I wanted to play the game from the ad.So I started building it.

A character in the snow. Resources to gather, food to cook, customers to serve and a camp to grow. That ad made me want to play. The experience I found was different from the one I was looking for. FROSTSTEAD grew out of that wish: to bring to life the little world I wanted to get lost in.

01What kind of game is FROSTSTEAD?

FROSTSTEAD is an indie survival and camp-building game set in a snowy world. Explore, gather wood, face wild animals, cook and sell resources to grow and defend your village.

02Where can I play?

FROSTSTEAD is designed for iOS, Android and browser. Access the web version with “Play in your browser”. The App Store and Google Play buttons will link to the official listings at the mobile launch.

03Can I play with friends?

Yes. Online co-op lets you look after the same camp: gather resources, grow your workstations and defend the village together. You can also choose a private game and play solo.

04Can I play offline?

No. You need an Internet connection, including in private games. The server runs the world and saves your camp’s progress. The camp does not progress when no players are active.

05Are the images from the game?

The gallery images are real captures from the development build. The cover artwork and its animation are promotional illustrations of the FROSTSTEAD universe. In-game graphics and interface may evolve.
